Consultation
I will come to your home, assess your technology needs and talk with you about what is possible. This can also be done via email, facetime or over the phone.
Education
I will show you how to use your new networked devices and digital content, so you can start enjoying them right away. We can chat about home audio options and also media players that will allow you to play your downloaded content (mp3, movie files etc.) on your TV.
Installation
I will set up and secure your network, connect up to every device, enable file and media sharing, and support any additional devices. We can discuss extending coverage of your WI-FI signal outside of your house or gain more coverage in low to no signal spots.
Ongoing Support
We’ll answer your questions about issues or upgrades and provide technical support for your network and all the devices attached. I can offer remote troubleshooting capabilites by installing free software (Crossloop.com) that will allow me to connect to your computer’s remotely to troubleshoot.
BETA/Enviroment Testing
My testing environment is geared towards developers with OS X and IOS applications. I currently can test on multiple machines and different versions of OS X (Snow Leopard, Lion and Mountain Lion). For IOS testing, iPhone 4, iPhone 4s, iPad 2, iPad (3), iPod (4th) and iPod Nano (latest) to test your applications with.
I also test Windows based applications or hardware, on Windows Vista and Windows 7/8.
I have tested or been apart of testing operating systems before launch, applications/programs, hardware repeaters and other network related devices. I provide written analysis and feeback of bugs, enhancement requests and product improvement request for major technical companies.
